For the past 125 years, we’ve been passionate about pickles. Ever since Mathias Gedney sold his first barrel from the back of a horse-drawn wagon. Times sure have changed but we still sell Mathias’ original dill, along with 78 different products. From snackable Babies to spicy Zingers to all the State Fair ribbon winners, Gedney Pickles are extraordinary.

While nothing beats a plain pickle right out of the jar, Gedney pickles add a powerful punch to a wide array of recipes.

So in honor of our 125th anniversary, we’re offering 125 pickle possibilities. A collection of recipes that use our pickles in fanciful, flavorful ways, tasty tips, plus some serving suggestions. It’s a collection of family favorites, employee suggestions, new ideas and write-ins. Included are the tried-and-true potato and tuna salads, but we’ve also come up with some surprising concoctions such as the Pickletini and Ancho Chili Chocolate Cupcakes.
